How was my day, I hear you ask? If I’m honest, it wasn’t great. The ham and cheese croissant from Pret had dried out and was a bit too crumbly. They’d run out of filter coffee and gave me an Americano for the same price. It was a touch on the bitter side.

In the TV show ‘Impaled’ we get to meet people who’ve… well the title kind of says it all. One guy was trying to hang a picture on a wall, fell off the stepladder, and put a drill through his eye socket and out of his ear. Another chap got an unexploded rocket propelled grenade embedded in his pelvis.

How was their day? Probably not great either since Pret stopped serving the All Day Breakfast sandwich.
